I think it’s
about time I actually write something here. There have been a lot of pictures
but very few words so I’ll try and write something worth reading.
It’s been
an interesting month for me with preparing for Christmas, Newyears, working a
lot, moving and everything. Yesterday was actually the first time I saw daylight
in my apartment! When the sun rises at 10 am and sets again at 2:30 pm you don’t
get very many hours to enjoying it and also I’m never home it feels like… I
leave every day at 7:20 and get home, at the earliest, at 6 pm but usually I have
institute, errands to run, friends to see, family to visit or whatever life
throws at you so not too much time to just hang out at home. But this week is
my relaxing week! I’m so excited, I’m going to repaint the living room and my
bedroom so that I finally can feel a little more at home here in the new place,
but besides that I’m just going to take it easy and enjoy my little vacation at
home.
But today
is Christmas Eve! And we celebrate Christmas here in Sweden on the 24th
so today was the big day and it’s been so nice! The food was amazing and it’s always
great spending some time with your family so I’m very happy with today and on
Wednesday we are going to my Grandma’s to celebrate Christmas nr 2 which will
be amazing as well.
