New business cards?

I am the receptionist, working for the fraud and chargeback department and now I am also the official company translator!

In the ad for the job I applied for a year and a half ago it said they were looking for a receptionist who would have very little responsibilities and work for 6 to 10 h/week. A lot has happened since then. The hours have increased a lot, the responsibilities keep growing and the variety of tasks keep expanding. I now have whole areas that I’m responsible for and know more about this office than most people here. Yesterday I got 3 new translation jobs to do and they are 30 pages each for the HR department. It’s kind of nice to have gotten the reputation that I am actually good enough to be doing actual work for such a big company like this is. I don’t know that anyone who actually knows English well and work with these things professionally would agree with them but hey, I don’t mind, I get to practice, do something that I love doing and get paid for it, so keep ‘em coming! Also, I promise I won’t complain as much here as I did with the last translation I did… Sorry about that.
