One of these days I’m actually going to start making sleep a priority… I’m not quite there yet, but I’m starting to realize that you actually need to sleep, and you need to sleep for more than 4 h/night… for the past 10 days I haven’t slept for more than 5 h/night except for one night where I slept for about 9 hours but I had gotten 0 h of sleep the night before, I never even went to bed that night haha.
It’s just that its summer and people are social and there are so many fun things to do so why stay home and sleep?? But considering I have a job and I have to wake up at 6am every morning I should at least try and be home before midnight… We’ll see how that goes…
