Thousands of iPhones have been made and sent to people at my work, friends and all over the world and NON of these phones have been broken or not worked. But of course MINE had to be the one that didn’t! Seriously, if you only knew how much trouble this phone has been for me you would have laughed just as much as the 5 people at customer service did and the guy at the store did because of all the irony and misfortune I’ve had, but you would also be as mad and annoyed as I am! There have been problems with the shipping, the order, my phone company, my number, the salespeople, customer service and then finally the actually phone.
But here is the best part, I ordered the phone 4 weeks ago, was able/allowed to open the box only yesterday, had it on and charging for a little over an hour touched it for the first time only to realize that the 1 button it has didn’t work so they had to send it away to get it fixed and that will take about 3 weeks. So in 7 weeks I will have had my phone for an hour and a half… 7 WEEKS!! My gosh…
