My day "off"

I was so excited this week for my day off on Thursday, my calendar didn’t have anything written in it (well except for the 2 hours of work at the bank), and that hasn’t happened in a loooong time! I had a bunch of things planned, like doing some studying, going for a walk or maybe even the gym, make a great lunch and just do nothing. But of course at 8 am my phone rings and it’s my 2nd job telling me they are having a crisis and they need someone to come and work all afternoon, and of course I couldn’t say no. So my day off ended up being a workday from 11-20:30, meaning I won’t be home until almost 10 pm tonight… Story of my life.
