I did good!

I work with this woman who just started working out again so she goes to the gym every day during lunch, and of course I feel super guilty every time she goes because I haven’t been to the gym in about two/three months. I have a pretty darn good reason for not going though which include my back, heart and lungs so I really haven’t been able to go, even if I wanted to. But yesterday I decided to try because I haven’t had any problems or pain in a few weeks and it worked!! I spend almost 1 hour at the gym, took a 1 hour zumba class (so fun! Haha) and then walked home which takes about 20 min, stopped and bought fruits for dinner, and then I went for a 20 min run! (of course I couldn’t run for 20 straight since I haven’t worked out in 3 months but still!)

After I started I just couldn’t stop! I had so much energy so I just keept going. But after I came home from running I was pretty beat… And don’t get me started on the LACK of energy I have today and the PAIN I have in my legs… But it was totally worth it!
